The security and management's conduct was utterly disgraceful! Despite booking tickets online, they denied our entry.Mona, one of their staff members, assured us of a refund since the tickets weren't scanned. However, when we contacted them the next day, they bluntly refused to reimburse us. Their behavior was pathetic, despicable, and downright infuriating!

"Absolutely appalling experience at Tiger Tiger club in London. Not only is the atmosphere stale and unwelcoming, but the blatant racism displayed by the Mona - staff member at the door entry is utterly disgraceful. Avoid this establishment at all costs.Just absolutely rubbish

I deeply regret my decision to go there last Saturday. I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional staff. The service was exceptionally poor, and both the security personnel and other staff were extremely disrespectful. In particular, the security staff failed to provide proper instructions and behaved in a manner that was not at all professional. They even resorted to shouting at customers and misusing their authority. I had to go through the security process twice due to the chaotic queue management. Upon entering, the bartenders and hosts were also exceedingly rude, treating customers as if they were receiving their products for free despite the high prices. As a result, I chose to leave the club without consuming anything, feeling utterly frustrated. I have no desire to support their business further and strongly advise against visiting unless you wish to have a disappointing weekend. My only losses were the ticket price, enduring the embarrassment of the security?s appalling behavior, and wasting my weekend

DON?T EVER GO HERE! Such a ridiculous service / staff / management, awful drinks, no security, ghetto crowd?Paid for a table 2 weeks in advance and upon arrival no table was assigned. Eventually they gave us table which was being shared by so many random people. Management Staff declined to help!Ordered drinks and they charged random drinks as well as amount for drinks. We asked for itemized list so we know what we are paying for. They called bouncer to threaten us and to take us out.Meanwhile, there were so many guys were smoking, drinking from our drinks, trying to hitting on my wife as well as other girls so I called the security and manager. But they did not take any against them but they were trying to throw us out for asking legit questions. Also, they said you are responsible for your table, drinks, personal belongings and people!!??Many more things happened in 3 hours. They ruined our trip to London!! And there is no food after 9PM!Now I know why they got 1.8 stars?

Worst place to be in london. Security guards feel as if they own the place. They are rude & have no respect for the visitors. The club was shut earlier due to a caustic soda incident which even led them for a hefty penalty, still they are arrogant to the core. They were earlier sold by their previous owners and if they function like this, they will definitely get into a similar situation. Pls avoid this place for your self-respect. Could have given a negative, if Google allowed.

I attended this club for an event and feel obligated to relay my experience in the name of safety. I was refused entry because I carry an Epi-pen. Their policy is: give some random club employee your medication, and then if you happen to be dying of anaphylaxis later on, just have a wander around until you stumble upon that person. (Hopefully you got a good look at their face.) On its own, this reckless policy would not bother me enough to leave a review. However, staff member I spoke to was bizarre?one of the cruellest, strangest people I have ever met. Given that this club cannot even be trusted to serve non-toxic drinks (they were fined £120k for accidentally poisoning customers with a cleaning chemical?look it up), I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone who enjoys remaining alive.

Club experience was poor, Dj wasn't mixing too the full effect felt lazy honestly... Security was cool, door lady was rude and uninviting. Bartender didn't listen to requests. False advertisment on the music. One of the worst nights out I've been to in London. I wouldn't normally write reviews on clubs as I'm a dj but this one deffo is avoid like the plague situation. Oh yeah to top it off they raise prices after 10pm so a virgin cocktail will cost you nearly £20. Save your money and club abroad london is dying in the club scene.

A big disappointment, sigh. Not worth paying a single penny. The security staff is really rude, we had a genuine concern and they didn?t empathise with us. Do not appreciate the way they spoke to us. We are people who paid and didn?t go there for free, we deserve respect.
