If you only have 2 changing rooms free, make sure you cater for customers in order.So? I?ve got 3 suits ready to try on, there?s only 2 changing rooms and both occupied, and so am waiting patiently playing chess. One comes free and it just so happens that another assistant with another customer arrive just as the changing room person is leaving. The assistant waves the customer in. I object saying I have been waiting, the assistant apologises but doesn?t stop the customer going in. I leave. Stuff it if you can?t sort out your customers.

PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM TIGER OF SWEDEN ONLINE!I?ve been a loyal Tiger of Sweden customer for decades, they have excellent products and good in store customer service. However, their on-line business model and on-line customer service is terrible.I ordered a top online, and was charged £15 delivery, despite having the item in stock in the UK, as they ship online items from Denmark. A few days later, I received a message from UPS stating my delivery date could not be met, and the item would take a week to arrive. I.e. delivery is both overpriced, and slow? When the item finally arrived, it was too big, so I completed everything required to return it, which you have to return to? Denmark! Despite having a flagship store in the UK? this is not good. To do the return to Denmark you need a proforma invoice, which you need to email Tiger of Sweden to request. I?ve attempted to contact them 3 times via bot chat and email during the course of the last week, but they have yet to respond.UPDATE! They have finally responded, to advise me i will be charged £15 delivery to return the jumper!Great products let down by really poor and unresponsive service.

I have had the most wonderful experience in the Tiger of Sweden branch in Marylebone.Not only they offered help and insights on how to wear and take care of my suit, but als when I had to change the trousers I had bought with them, they were prompt to help with no hesitation, helping me get a new pair, which they had to order from Sweden since it was sold out in the country. 10/10 customer assistance. Will definitely be back!

I had a pair of suit trousers that had been worn beyond repair. The suit wasn?t in the collection anymore so this store checked if there were fabric left for the model in order to produce a new pair. Luckily there was and they sorted so that a new pair was produced. You guys really went over and beyond helping me. Thanks so much!

Unfortunately i had a very poor experience with their store. After being a long loyal customer of Tiger it is sad to see that you do not get the same experience (I had no bad experience neither in Oslo or Stockholm) in the London store as in Scandinavia. The store was moved from a much bigger store near Oxford Circus to a smaller store in Marylebone and based on my experience I know why? I have spent quite a bit in this store, however, when they advised me on the wrong size of a suit and when I came back they were quite uninterested and very unwilling to help or find a solution. They promised to revert on phone and e-mail but after nearly 2 weeks they still have ignored helping a customer. In addition no help from the online customer service. Instead I have a suit that can?t be used that I will give to charity. You would expect better treatment of a loyal customer or any customer. In the future I would recommend other stores in London (there are plenty to choose from) as it is really when something is wrong that you can differentiate between good and bad customer service. I am moving on from Tiger after being a regular for 10 years. Brands can?t take loyality for granted, and only appreciate sales but not following up when customers have poor experience.

I visited Tiger of Sweeden a couple of times so far.The place is so nice and their staff is always friendly and willing to help you out with the fitting of any clothes, especially the sales assistant Emily.I would definitely recommend visiting their store if you need formal clothes that fit perfectly.
