Went to Tiffany?s to purchase a first piece for a special Birthday, couldn?t have been more grateful for the service received by Yuki, she was very attentive and made the experience so special.

Stood there browsing and waited to be served for over 10 mins but the salespersons would only play with their phones. Thought she was selling jewelleries worth tens of thousands to some vip customers over WhatsApp. Only when the security guard stepped in the Asian saleswoman reluctantly came over in a very slow fashion and acted like it was her last day of work. Showed us a few rings we wanted to see with the most lukewarm attitude I?ve encountered in London. Will never visit again.

Fab service and delicious food. One of our party was gluten free and it wasn?t an issue she was served a tasty alternative. Staff were lovely would recommend.

Christmas crowds are always a pain at Harrods but I can't fault the staff at Tiffany. We were in there to try on and buy something specific seen online and Pwint was lovely with great communication before hand. We left very happy.
