Really enjoyed my shopping experience today at Bond Street branch. Nathan deserves a special mention for his help. My existing jewellery was cleaned up and I went on to purchase a necklace and matching bracelet. Nothing was too much bother and I never felt pressurised. Loved it and will be back !

Well yet again, exceptional service and time well spent in store. We can?t recommend Anvil enough, what a great guy, friendly, knowledgeable and with time to spare helping the wife choose her pieces. And Amira was also just as great support the in store team. Thanks ??

I have visited many different stores across the world, but my last visit to the store in Bond Street was disappointing. Not sure what service Tiffany are trying to provide but it was below standard. Had to wait outside, not sure why as the store was not busy. You can?t browse, you are expected to know what you want when you go in. You are told to go to the 2nd floor when you have an idea of what you want where they show you the jewellery. Remember you can?t browse! You can?t look on the 1st floor, it appears to be like Area 51. If I?d been able to look (as you could before) I could have found further things I like.

The worst retail experience....This place is clearly just a tourist attraction, no understanding of luxury retail. Shop assistants glued to their phones, no ability to engage with customers. No understanding of the brand history. Nothing joyful or magical left in the store.

I had to exchange a ring to a bigger size. Sometimes going into luxurious stores can be a little daunting but the staff were so nice to me. From the security welcpme to the first greeting i felt very welcome. The lady who helped me swap my item was so helpful. I really enjoyed the experience. Thankyou to all

I am rather disappointed at my experience with Tiffany Bond Street. I purchased a bracelet to wear on my wedding day. I wore it once on the day and was shocked to see the silver become incredibly tarnished. This is not what I expected from the brand, especially considering the price I paid for it. It was supposed to be a sentimental piece but this made me regret my purchase. I went into store to see what they could do. Jimmy served me at the aftercare and I found him to be quite patronising, as he was just sitting there smiling at me when I was visibly upset. He had no sympathy at all. I requested to speak to his manager Rebecca who was way more helpful and provided the customer service I would expect. The end result was they sent it off to be cleaned. I cannot help but feel let down and concerned that my bracelet will be tarnished each time I wear it and I will keep having to pay £50 for it to be cleaned. I feel like Tiffany could have done more to resolve my issue and treat their customers with greater respect.

Worst Tiffany & co in the UK. I purchased an engagement ring and sales was great. However, when going to collect the ring I was told to wait 20mins for ?aftercare? just to collect the ring. 30mins past and was told to wait another 20mins. Anyone with an appointment for repairs bypasses the queue for collection customers, which means Tiffany takes your money but you?ll have to wait for your product when it suits them. Front of house is over staffed and don?t do anything other than apologise (no refreshments offered unlike new business customers). Well they can explain to there stakeholders as to why a customer refunded 10k worth of products and took there business elsewhere.Go to Mappin and Webb if you want the best sales & service.

Upon visiting your Mayfair boutique, I was informed that the necklace I intended to gift was temporarily unavailable, but I was assured that I could place an order online with express delivery, ensuring its arrival the following day.Accordingly, I promptly made the online purchase, specifically requesting delivery between 11 and 12 the next day, intending to have the item in hand for the birthday celebration. Regrettably, despite multiple attempts to communicate with your customer service team, I was informed that the item would not reach me in time for the occasion.I inquired about the possibility of altering the delivery address to have it sent directly to my sister-in-law's residence as I was departing London that day, but regrettably, this request was denied. However, as of today, two days since placing the order, the item remains undelivered to any address.Repeated attempts to seek assistance from your customer service team have proven futile, with the response indicating that the service is currently inaccessible and unable to provide me with any clarity or resolution. The stress and time wasted over the past four days have left me profoundly disappointed. I had made arrangements for a timely gift and relied on your company's commitment to service, only to be met with unprofessional conduct and a severe lack of communication from Tiffany & Co.As a long-standing and dedicated customer, I had not anticipated such a disheartening experience with a renowned brand like Tiffany & Co. I devoted considerable time reaching out to your customer service, all in vain. Moreover, the item intended for my sister-in-law's birthday celebration remains conspicuously absent.I sincerely hope that this incident can be addressed promptly and amicably, as it has significantly marred my perception of the esteemed reputation Tiffany & Co. upholds.Yours sincerely,R.E

Unbelievably bad service at Tiffany and Co 25 Old Bond Street. I've ordered bracelet for wife as a gift. Unfortunately, needed to exchange from size L to M. However l, despite the fact that it was shown available at the store. Upon my visit I was told it's not immediately available in that size but they can order and deliver it to our home address, which we agreed. I have left the old bracelet. To my surprise an invoice was recieved stating it was refunded but no money refund on my card. A few days later I'm trying to find out the status of the delivery of size M bracelet but the actual store isn't responding and Tiffany and Co online stating that they cannot help and it needs to be discussed with the store. However, as I've already mentioned the store is not responding.Very unprofessional and very disappointed with the level of service and the whole experience. Despite a number of purchases in the past. I think it's time to go somewhere else.

Terrible service on this occasion. We were waiting ages to drop my wife's engagement ring off to be serviced. Champagne was given out to some in the queue while we weren't offered anything. I feel like if you aren't dressed in designer clothes and handbags, you are seen as a 2nd class customer. On every occasion we have taken my wife's rings in to be serviced, there has been no charge, including servicing the wedding ring. All of a sudden, there is a £120 charge for the wedding ringReally disappointed with this visit
