My sim card was not working and I came here to deal with the situation. Zayd is the employee that helped me with my situation and he debugged the situation perfectly and tried every method before needing to buy a new one. He is very welcoming and also knowledgeable of everything about network and I had a blast serviced by him!

I contacted Lowell company in the morning. They said the debt was because of a contract that I signed in 2023. This contract was supposed to be cancelled long time ago.
Back to 2023 I went to Three store at Oxford Circus and wanted to sign an Ipad contract. A Three staff helped me to complete the contract form and advised me to sign a sim contract along side to use with the Ipad for internet data. I took the advise and signed both contract in the same day. Few days after, Oxford Circus Three store called me to say my application for Ipad contract didnt go through, therefore they would have to cancel my contracts which I agreed. What I didnnt know was they didnt cancel the sim contract I signed the same day with the Ipad contract. I only noticed few months later that I was getting charged for it. I made many phone calls to Three on March, the customer service staff helped to solve it out. He said they wont be able to refund me the money they took past months, but they would be able to end the mistaken contract for goods which I agreed. After many phone calls, at the end they said everything was solved and I would not have to pay any more money toward this contract because it was supposed to be cancel already. (They did run a check through the sim contract number that they said was belong to me and noticed it was never been active or used.) I called the sim myself and also wasn't able to. Now after a year. I got a letter from Lowell saying Three has sold my debt to them, and that am owing them 400+ gbp. I contacted Three customer service again and they refused to help because they have sold the debt. But HOW COULD YOU SELL A DEBT THAT NOT EVEN BELONG TO YOUR CUSTOMER? I have never seen this phone number, never use it, didnt even receive any sim.
I only have 1 account with Three and this sim contract was never appeared in my account. When I received letters from debt collectors I brought those letters to Three stores and the staffs did make a check through my account but couldn't find any debt/or any thing wrong with it. I have been a loyal customer to Three and now I feel very upset according to this matter. I feel like I got scammed, trapped, and helpless. I am currently having a device+sim contracts and a broadbrand contract with Three on my only account with Three but this makes me really want to just leave your service and never come back. Please can you help me?

Awful service. They can't help with anything. I have a horrible issue with my business phone number as someone used my phone number on their WhatsApp. I received a lot of messages which don't address to me. And Three immobile said it has nothing to do with them, as this number may belong to someone else before. They did get me a chance to even explain the situation. To be honest I think to stop all my 3 business contracts with them . Not helpful at all, and the person was really rude to me. I'm in shock

Gi is a very sweet person and a very knowledgeable professional. She helped me to understand more about the route options that Three has to offer, without being invasive or forcing me to buy something that I did not need. Gi provided detailed information and answered all my questions with patience. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. Gi's dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout our interaction. I truly recommend Gi as a sales person at the Three Covent Garden shop. Her expertise and approachable manner make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Having issues with my phone need to get a new phone was being helped by a wonderful gentleman who understood that phones are not my thing and I am a little antique when it come to phones we get to the part that I need to prove who I am with a passport and driving licence, I dont have these so the lovely gentlemen asked his sidekick if I have to have them and this is when it goes south, very quickly! His sidekick waddled over to the desk with the charm and grace of a giant from game of thrones standing over her colleague and creating a shadow that made me think the world was to end! I asked what I was to do if I dont have these forms of id and was a little put out that three make it hard with out this I'd but the monster/ giant/ the thing from outer space! Repeated the corporate line with more of the patronising tone that is needed and did so with an eye roll and stare that would make thor wet and soil his self. By the way the lovely colleague was picking his chin up from the floor. I on the other hand challenged the grotesque mountain troll/giant that this is ridicules and that that there was no need to talk to me like this. It just stomped back to its desk to continue her plan to take the world over and become the world's face of three's here to help cover girl. I left with out any help or what phone to get and the feeling that I had been helped as a customer for almost 20 years. I did feel sorry for the nice gentlemen as he was trying to do his job. But once I had been spoken to like I was the village inbred all I want to do was run to an appropriate adult. It is such a shame that this happened because as a customer what do you do, I have not got the help I needed I still have a problematic phone and a now fear of giants and I am being mean and personal about a member of threes staff but to be honest am fed up with store representatives doing anything but ther job, she has let down her colleague who was fantastic and she gave the impression that she did not want any one in the store as her last customer left saying ' I thought you would be able to help ' so well done three you have a customer who has had a bad experience and is questioning your ability to hire attentive staff who can support and insure your customers have a good experience and know thay are paying for a good product from a professional business. I have to add that I tried another store on the strand and a lovely lady Pauline helped me out and give me the information I needed to contact three and to give me the time to ask questions about the phone i was interested in and questions regarding my contract , when you are about to spend £800.00 pound on a phone all you want is a good experience as for most people this is a lot of money and if you are treated like a piece of dirt you do question your choice to do business with a company that has questionable staff who make you feel worthless. But thanks to the staff at the strand!

Gi is super good in her job also she listen to customer very well and give a solution Gi works in Covent Garden Branch. My phone was stolen and I went to Store to take my sim card she give me in a Minute. And I was so stressed , Crying I really had bad day ..! She look after me... she try me to calm down..! So lovely experience with her..! Thank you so much Gi for helping me and assist me.

I visited the Three store in Covent Garden, feeling distraught after my phone was stolen and hoping to get a new SIM card. Thankfully, I had the good fortune of being assisted by Gi, who was absolutely amazing.
Not only did she replace my SIM card swiftly and efficiently, but she also went above and beyond to help me set up my new phone, ensure everything was working properly, and advise me on how to better protect myself in the future. Throughout the process, she was unfailingly cheerful, patient, and reassuring, which made a deeply unpleasant situation much more manageable.
I feel incredibly lucky to have met Gi, and I believe Three is equally fortunate to have such a dedicated and exceptional employee.

I am not a customer, just popped in for help on my French phone, Kelvin was immediately willing to help. It was tricky to fix my problem and he was persistent and managed to do it.
Kelvin made himself available too for his colleague when needed.
He was polite and professional and he fixed my issue that no one was capable of doing before him.

Gi was an excellent customer advisor! She took time expalaining everything to me patiently, and even helped opening the SIM package for me while I was busy organizing my things. I was in another Three store on Oxford Street in November 2023, and a bunch of youngsters there were more interested in chating with one another than serving me. But this store provided the highest customer service quality thanks to Gi!
