The clothes are great. Unfortunately the staff are extremely unhelpful and rude, and have been each of the three times I?ve been and purchased. Not what you would expect - I don?t know if training is done badly in this store? Have had a totally different experience in other Theory stores in London, as well as in the States which have always been positive.

I went to this lovely shop today and was served by a truly great sales assistant called Hedley. A breath of fresh air to be served by someone so charming and effecient.

If you can?t process online orders within a timeframe that?s remotely acceptable in today?s fashion world, don?t bother! I placed an online order 9 days ago and am yet to receive a dispatch note, however, they?re more than happy to take my money upfront. Customer services is non-existent and they purposely remove the ability for customers to leave reviews online because they?re fully aware of how horrendous their supply chain in. Time to wake up, Theory or you?ll be left in the dust ??

A girl from macau is my sale. I chose a dress, found it was torn, and asked her to help me get a new one. I can't believe she cheated me with the same dress. I went home and cut the tag and found the dress was the same old one. There was no way to return it. The behavior of Macao girls is infuriating.
