We came for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and the food wasn?t anything special. I had the small eggs royale, with the poached egg over cooked, which was pretty disappointing and my partner had the pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. The service felt a bit rushed, and our server slammed my glass of apple juice on the table and walked away, it wasn?t the kind of service we expected from this sort of place. There was the sound of lots of glasses being smashed as well which I assume was due to servers rushing around. Pleased that we can say we?ve been but also wouldn?t return and wouldn?t be willing to recommend to others either.

We were at The Wolseley tonight for my wife's birthday and it was excellent. The service from everyone was just first class - friendly, personal, attentive but not intrusive....TOP MARKS to your staff, simply SUPERB.
Food was great, but it is The Wolseley's staff who are the TREASURE here. We wished we had taken your names to thank you personally.
We left to go to a cocktail bar and when coming back past Wolseley's, the doorman recognised us and wished us a good night. Perfection. THANK YOU ALL. Highly recommended.
Cheers, Steve & Laura Sidley.

Had afternoon tea here. Decor is very nice and atmosphere is great. Food itself was mediocre. There?s nothing particularly stand out on the afternoon tea. They do handle allergy very well so really appreciate that. Service wasn?t great as there was mix up on our orders. Personally prefer people to write down the orders instead of going off of memory and get it wrong. Pricing for the afternoon tea is alright. Only downside is that they don?t have kids pricing. Overall, would not come back for the afternoon tea again.

Delicious food, beautiful location and excellent service. Make sure to book if you want to be certain of a table, they are always busy. That also makes for a good atmosphere - the low buzz of chatter.

?I recently dined at The Wolseley and ordered the lobster, priced at £60. Regrettably, the experience fell far short of expectations. The lobster lacked freshness, was devoid of flavour, and did not reflect the standard one would reasonably anticipate at such cost. In my view, this represents not simply an issue of price but of quality, and raises legitimate concerns as to whether due care is being taken in the sourcing and preparation of dishes. Overall, it proved a waste of both time and money, and I would caution others to manage their expectations accordingly.?

Amazing spot for afternoon tea. Excellent scones, sandwiches and cakes - especially the chicken curry sandwich and the cheesecakes. Also highly recommend thier gin martinis.

Impeccable service. A great variety of foods, all cooked to perfection. Great ambiance with comfortable seating. What more could you ask for?

Stopped in for a fancy coffee after having brunch elsewhere. Nice to pop in, but felt pretty uptight.

Another classic in London. People usually go for the eggs and all, which are perfect - but you can make a change and try their Victorian era classic: The kidneys. It is not for everyone, yet, a memorable dish with its' special sauce.

Best to reserve a spot online so don't have to wait at all. The service was great and I really love the food. Will come back next for their afternoon tea.

The food was good but the service was not the best. We were crumped into a bench by the bar and it was very uncomfortable. Having said all this, we will still go back again because the food was good
