Last year I ate at this grill and my experience was outstanding. The grilled food was really very good. This year I look forward to dining there again, so I did, and I found it getting completely worse. Chicken bad cooked and also broccoli which were supposed to be grilled looked like steamed. Probably the absence of a permanent staff makes it not be as good as I remembered. The bill was expensive and it doesn?t worth it.

Lovely food. Particularly like the take away lunch boxes. Always served piping hot with fresh vegetables and meat. Would recommend.

We went for lunch after going to Chelsea Flower Show we were very tire and when getting into the grill we feel so confortable. The waiter was very good and the food excellent We had chicken with French fries with parmesano and truffles

Disappointed, high price steaks , swimming in blood , not rested , and questionable if dry aged , to be full of blood , if dry aged for a minimum of 35 days . £88 for a steak only , needs to be right , all the gear , no idea springs to mind

While in London we were told we needed to experience Harrod?s Food Hall?.we were misled. We waited in line forever to sit at a bar looking at dirty dishes being served by a a slightly aggressive man. Please know that I have no problem at all paying for good food, friendly in a nice atmosphere, but we experienced none of these things. The menu was limited and the food overpriced. The hall itself is stunning, but don?t be fooled by first impressions. Perhaps the food and seating at one of the other places in this food hall is more appealing? Be sure to do your homework before getting into line because the staff won?t be of any help. I wish I had been told that each food choice has their own lineup and that the different food is served at different locations around The Hall. Seems confusing?.yes it was. Better still?take a look into the beautiful Food Hall and walk right through.

A very disappointed experience, bad quality of meat and poorly cooked and flavoured. For the price you will expect something better but was really bad. My partner and I left most of the steaks and I had to ask for extra bread as it was the only good thing there.

I love this shop. Everything tastes as good as it looks. The cool thing is that now I can order it online and have it delivered. Of course, ordering in store is a real treat.

The Grill - Harrods has focused on a small but well-presented menu with bags of quality. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and wouldn't think twice about returning. The pre-starter garlic and cheese bread with a vinaigrette base was an understated surprise; it's on the menu as 'bread for the table' but I kid you not, this is more than that! Our steak was flavoursome and cooked to perfection, just as we wanted. Twice fried chips - fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. My biggest surprise was the salad, which essentially was a bowl of lettuce with a sprinkle of fried onions and the best salad dressing ever. Two generous dessert choices topped the meal followed by coffee/tea. Thank you @ The Grill for a lovely meal.

One of London?s best steakhouses. Will certainly go there again. Top quality meats that are done to perfection, with great professional service. Their burgers are not to be missed. Pricey but worth it!

Pricy? Yes. Worth it? YES. I enjoyed two meals at The Grill - roasted chicken and steak. Each was delightful and I loved watching the line of chefs.

Had high expectations. After a long wait in the queue presumed the wait would be worth it. Unfortunately not.Extremely dry chicken served with jus in chipped jug! Not acceptable and not a great first impression.

We had the Turmeric, cardamom & yogurt 24-hour marinated baby chicken could not fault it . I have been eating at Harrods for over 30 years & have never been disappointed with the food or service . I must say I miss the old Rotisserie & the green man pub that was once in situ those were the days . Highly Recommended.

I received a gift voucher for my birthday and was really looking forward to my visit then read some reviews and was a bit worried but I really shouldn?t have. The staff were exceptional and very welcoming, the surroundings were beautiful. Although some reviews warned against prawn cocktail I went for it anyway. The prawns were big meaty and juicy and salad was crisp and fresh. The steak you could have cut with a butter knife all washed down with champagne, dessert was just as good and we left feeling full and contented. I am looking forward to going back
