Came here with a group of friends and it was pretty disappointing . The staff were quite helpful but the food was poor, one of our group sent a burger back as it was undercooked and after a 15 minute wait and a reminder to the server we were told the chef was making a fresh one which would take another 10 minutes! We gave up on that one.The staff did sing but it was pretty loud and intrusive and was mostly upstairs- we had a table downstairs and felt we were an afterthought.This might be good for young people who love musical theatre but I wouldn?t recommend.

Went here after a show. Husband treated me as he knows I'm a big musical fan! Great decor and very friendly staff. I had the hot dog and my husband had the ribs. Food was ok diner food. But you aren't there for the food really in my opinion. We tried some cocktails and they were fine, not overly alcoholic but good for a diner. Overall it was a great experience, the servers/singers were fantastic really, I was in my happy place! If you could go get some drinks and nibbles rather than full portions, I'd be back in a heartbeat. Try it!

Food was pretty awful, tasted like plastic and very greasy. Service was very slow. It took us 10 minutes to ask someone to pay the bill. There were no waiters about and when we asked the bar tender he refused to help us. Singing was good, although they don?t really take requests. We were there for 2 hours and none of our requests were sung or played on the sound system. Only 4-5 live performances in that time too. Some singers were really talented (the blonde host who sung hopelessly devoted) and other singers were quite informal and maybe a bit unprofessional

This place is great and the staff have such amazing singing voices and we're very friendly! The food was good too, but quite expensive for what it was- £10.50 for 4 quarters of potato skins I.e. 1 whole potato!

You don't go for the food. You go for the experience.The food is ok. The experience is great.The staff are all incredibly talented singers. On the evening that we were there it was one recording followed by one live performance, alternating... through most of the time we were there.If you love musical theatre I'd absolutely recommend this. We loved it.

We came here looking for a fun experience, to kick start our night before going to a musical, however we were a little disappointed.The staff and service we received was fantastic, and there voices were incredible (def no issues there) however we were expecting a little bit more in terms of the atmosphere, where as we only got the odd song.Where our real disappointed lied was with the food, taking into consideration that London is known to be pricey my friend and I were shocked to pay £37 each! for an average burger and fries, a very strong cocktail and a soft drink to compensate for the cocktail. This is expensive, especially considering that the food was average at best.Glad to have gone for the experience, wouldn?t go back.

We really enjoyed our time there! The staff are fabulously talented and extremely nice!Do make sure to reserve a table before hand, though.Wheelchair accessibility: The toilets can only be reached by walking down the stairs.

If you love musicals, then this is the place to go. The superbly talented waiting staff regularly sing well known songs from your favorite musicals, taking requests on a blackboard. They try songs they have not sung before, and if they really don't know it will put it on their music system so you still hear your favorites.The food was good quality, with large portions, and a good selection of drinks.Overall a great experience for people that enjoy musicals.

You're going to want to come here because of the decorations and the insanely good vibes this place brings if you're into musical theatre. The staff makes this place what it is! Kind and taking care of you while taking a few minutes in between to belt your favorite song. Don't come here expecting anything from the food (pricing is insane for what you get). But our mocktail was nice.
