Excellent communication.Joe Earnshaw was fantastic but the star of the show was Amy Oliver .She handled our sale and has been instrumental in getting everything over the line .Her enthusiasm and energy made all the difference . By far the best letting agent I've ever dealt with. Both Imogen and Harry were very professional and efficient, but Demetris deserves most of the plaudits. He was patient and considerate - in short, completely removed from the estate/letting agent stereotype. On the strength of this experience, I would recommend Stow Brothers to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of working with The Stow Brothers Wanstead, to sell my home. I chose them as I really liked the company's fresh approach and the percentage was fair too.There are 2 stand-out team members I would like to mention. First Carly Maker, my sales rep, was highly knowledgeable about the local market and has first-rate negotiation skills, while also giving excellent advice.Once we got a buyer, I was passed onto Amy Oliver who at each step in the whole process, came through with a commitment to excellence. Throughout this journey, Amy demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation, Whether I needed time and help with research, or guiding through a process I didn't understand. Amy drove this sale with professionalism and was tenacious in getting the sale over the line. Amy has an excellent way about her, and I knew I was in safe hands, in what unfolded to be a tricky sale.These women gave me time and confidence in my decisions and I am very grateful as I feel they went above and beyond my expectations. My flatmate and I were really pleased with Stow Brothers - specifically a Mr. Harry Tugby who handled our new lease. He was forthcoming, kind, and very helpful as we went through the process of renting for the first time in London! This was much appreciated, especially since we are relatively young, and were wary of being taken advantage of.

Having struggled with unprofessional agents in the past, the team at Stow Brothers were a breath of fresh air. From Joe and Kyli at the start, helping us with the pricing and marketing strategy, to Carly holding our hands once we had an offer and advocating on our behalf, the team did a fantastic job. I recently sold my flat through the Stow Brothers Wanstead office - and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Throughout they were super professional, quick to respond and friendly. Once we had accepted an offer the process was quite protracted.
