I had my items damaged on two occasions now and will not be returning there.I had my fur completely damaged and not able to wear any longer. Despite complaining I was not offered any compensation for the item.Then second time my designer trench coat was returned to me with decolonisations. Again, no compensation offered.I was offered refund for the dry cleaning service only.I do not recommend this place and would suggest to avoid it.

Friendly, attentive and professional. Tony is so helpful and highly experienced about all aspects of cleaning and repairing garments. Quirky boutique at the front that is a joy to peruse. Such a lovely family business that makes you feel part of the community.

After being turned away by 3 different dry cleaners, the steam room finally found a solution to clean my feathered dress and I got it back as good as new in just 2 days! Very happy with the service ??

This guys are AMAZING!! I spilled an entire tray of baklava down the leg of my silk trousers and I was so close to just throwing them in the bin they were so destroyed! I brought them to the Steam Room not holding out much hope. They came out perfect!! It was an excellent service, so professional and knowledgeable in discussing the options for cleaning and really well priced. I first met Tony almost 20 years ago when I was still local. They are simply the kindest people and extremely knowledgeable. Most recently I managed to destroy one on my favourite dresses and Tony magically restored it. Can't recommend enough!
