Really kind and talented staff, welcoming and super hospitable. I was silly enough to arrive for a pedicure wearing boots but was more than kindly given flip flops to wear home and even a tote to put my boots in (which I believe I actually stole from the lovely receptionist!) Can't reccomend them enough.

Really rude inflexible staff. My voucher expired as my mum had passed away and I have had an operation so can only use my voucher now. I do not recommend this place due to the lack of sympathy and care which should come with a spa centre.

It was really disappointing to get a facial with the woman coughing loads while doing it. I have an autoimmune issue so I can?t get sick and I went down with the worst illness after this treatment.Please make sure your staff are fit and well before touching clients faces.

Me and my cousin had a facial at Shoreditch Spa and absolutely loved it. The therapist were lovely and friendly, you don't feel rushed like some places and they take the time to explain the procedure. Facial was really nice and the massage felt so good, just what we needed. Glad that I've booked here as its close to me and I will definitely be back. Thank you! Ann.

Got a hydrofacial here and it was amazing. My skin was previously breaking out a lot and dehydrated and the hydrofacial definitely helped improve my skin. The service was great. Will definitely recommend.

I just can?t get enough of this Spa!!!I?ve already come here several times for different reasons and today I had a hydrafacial treatment and I was shocked by the results. I could see my face glowing right after the treatment and the staff was so welcoming taking care of me in a way that would make me feel like home. I can?t wait to come back again and thank you ?the Shoreditch spa? for making my day? again!

Impeccable service throughout. Friendly welcome, very relaxed atmosphere from the hustle and bustle of brick lane, and a 10/10 shoulder and back massage. Didn?t catch the name of my guy but he found all the right spots with ease, felt like some serious mediation. Thanks team, insane massage

Went in for a neck,shoulder & back massage. Doncho was cleary a professional and knew what he was doing. I explained my issues and Doncho got to work and got me feeling so much better. Will be definitely seeing them soon again

Best place in London for massages and facials. I see Danute regularly for The Shoreditch Spa Facial and she does wonders for my skin. I?ve also had a few massages, both with Timandra and Doncho. They?re both incredible. You really can?t go wrong with any services here. The whole staff are incredibly kind. Visiting is always a highlight in my week!
