Went there once and have a lovely coffee it was perfect but it?s obvious the staff lack consistency and don?t really care as I?ve gone back 4 times since craving the same coffee and it?s been disgusting and service very very rushed I understand things that get busy but maintaining the quality of the overpriced product your selling should be the main priority. Coffee was so so sour and bitter they?re obviously not following the procedures to get the best out of what can be a lovely product. Management need to step in and oversee quality control

Lazy and poor value. We ordered an iced latte and a cappuccino and a couple of little cannoli. Sat down looking forward to a nice coffee in a pleasant location. When I collected the coffees they were in takeaway cups with the desserts in a paper bag, even though we were sitting in. I mentioned this and was told it?s ?take-away cups only after 4?. So we had one of my pet-hate things - take away cups and paper sitting in. We paid £16.17 for the privilege. Not going to fly in London these days - there are so many other great coffee places treating their customers properly for the very premium prices. Won?t bother to go again.

I first visited this little cafe last summer when visiting London. I'm back again this Summer and it did not disappoint. The coffee is absolutely fantastic and the best that I have had in the area. Staff are nice and polite.

My husband and I found this place near our hotel. So happy we did. Peaceful little spot. Great coffee and the pastries were delicious. Highly recommend.
