A very nice book store! We love books and wanted to buy something local. I was able to find a good book on British history and some poetry by a local author. Thank you, Riverside!

This is my favourite bookshop near London Bridge and highly recommend a visit. I love that the staff shares book recommendations with customers and some of the recommendations are real gems!

Lovely book shop with great selection of books. The blond long hair staff was really friendly, big smile and welcoming. Whereas the bob hair staff wasn?t so much. Maybe she just wasn?t in a good mood.

My favourite Bookshop. It's currently in its third location around Hays Galleria and it's slightly smaller than the days when it was inside the covered shopping area, but that just shows that it's adapting to modern buying patterns. My favourite shelf is upstairs. I'll be returning soon.

Horrendous customer service. Shop staff (blond lady) seriously lacks warmth and friendliness, and manager (brunette) is rude and abrupt, cuts you off with a flow of word-diarrhea and then slams the door in your face (metaphorically) to end the conversation. No hello, no goodbye. Her parents must be well proud. If you want your morning ruined due to a lack of basic courtesy and manners, visit this place. Alternatively, go into the station and visit the small WHSmith bookstore, manager was way nicer.

Very good bookshop. For it's relatively small size I find they have a very good selection of fiction and also the best selection of quality cards in the area.
