Excellent food. Service is quick and the waiters were friendly. Burger is full of flavour and chips are crunchy. The sea bass is pretty expensive and it's sauce is overpowering the actual fish flavour. Vegan lasagna could have some form of protein in it and the summer salad could have more dressing. This is my absolute trusty favourite Highgate pub for food always reliably good but last night it was awful! Maybe because it was a Monday night in mid August and the top head chef was away holidaying in far away lands?!? Great place. Very good homemade food. A pub with a great atmosphere and a beautiful tiny garden. Big thanks to the chefs for adapting our order to our taste. The service was friendly and attentive. Will back there soon!
