I knew what I was likely getting into dining in a tourist-centric area but was so hungry and my phone was giving me a hard time, so I waltzed into The Real Greek for a little lunch despite my better judgment. Selected for their vegetarian friendly menu with lunch specials posted outside their establishment, and because they appeared quite popular with the lunch crowd. I ordered a falafel plate which came with rice, Greek salad, haloumi, pita, and tzatziki. All of it save for the haloumi was not very good, but hard to mess up grilled cheese. The falafel was dry and dense. The tzatziki was mysteriously thick. Even the rice was clumpy and overdone. Service was practically nonexistent (ghosted after ordering, water not refilled, had to flag someone down to pay) yet they tacked on a service charge to my bill. Certainly wouldn't return.

Hello - I just wanted to thank Panos and the rest of the staff for our evening yesterday. We are an autistic majority company and you all bent over backwards to ensure we had fun. There were several discussions and accommodations made before and during the meal which really helped. Turning off the music - menu suggestions and placing us in the quietest -part of the restaurant. Also - allowing us to set up with props (as it was a treasure hunt), and the speed of service which allowed us to leave safely before the football crowds. Thank you so much! We really appreciated all of your help.

Hate to write this review, but the size of the portions are ridiculously small. Main course has the same size as a starter. Also most watered down Tzatziki I?ve had in a while. Prices are somewhat ok, but the portions are very small.

Disappointed with the chilly feel to the place. Had been looking forward to my first time there, and really looking forward to some lamb, but it was off the menu. Very friendly staff.

Fantastic place with very friendly staff and lovely food. Went here with Greek friends and we absolutely loved it. We felt like part of a family in this place. Manager was very helpful, he gave as a great table facing over the river and spent time with us by explaining the company concept of greeting people and making food. We'll be back 100%.

I?ve been here a couple times and brought my family in November. Usually, I enjoy the food but I found some of the hot dishes were served lukewarm or cold! Not the most enjoyable experience but the flavour was still great. Prices are very reasonable, too!
