Excellent service. They?re always kind and helpful. Ophthalmic optician is really knowledgeable. Helped with advice about my dry eyes after laser surgery. Great value for money. They really help the community.

I had a great experience at this opticians. The receptionist is warm and friendly and the optometrist was polite, calming and professional. Very much recommend.

Very professional, friendly and honest opticians. Harvey is an extremely polite, kind man who goes above and beyond to help with your eyecare. Both myself and my husband find it a pleasure to get our eyesight needs sorted here and would definitely recommend. Also Jacky on reception and Binnie the optician are very friendly and nice too!

Very friendly but I was expecting more from a professional optician. I needed a special range for my son who has Down syndrome and is 4 yrs old. They could from the start maybe do more research to see what types of frames he would need. They just gave a classic pair without headband and adjusted the glasses. Professionals should keep themselves informed and should be aware of the different options a customer might need. This review is not to put you down but to help you improve for the future. The team is very friendly and polite.

You get a very personal service here unlike the chain opticians, a really friendly local service located near Chalk Farm, ran by Harvey and Robyn. Very quick too, as they can do everything on site. After trying out various well known chain opticians, in comparison, I really feel they give a much more personal service, and you get seen promptly and efficiently, without waiting around to be seen by several different persons, and end up spending hours just to be seen and get sorted.

If I use a name brand chain optician, my glasses prescription costs me £350. After popping into my local opticians one day, I had a pleasant surprise. They were very professional, could make my glasses on site, had the same frames as the brand stores, and the cost came to £220. In short, Queens Crescent Opticians is awesome in all aspects. I felt like a valued customer, not just another file and saved myself £120.
