Traveled from out of town to see a friend?s show. Tube was down, so I arrived a few minutes late. Myself and another woman pleaded with the insensitive bar staff to let us in, but they wouldn?t. Sat in the cafe until the end of the show. Later found out that they let latecomers in the next night. Zero stars for service, fairness, and compassion.
