This is located in the heart of the luxury establishment, with an intimate feel and ambiance. The food was authentic and very flavorful. The service was excellent and really enjoyed my experience. The cost was higher than I normally pay for pizza, but when in Harrods...

Filthy cups and, when we asked for new ones to replace them, other dirty ones arrived. Food ok, nothing special, but the price is high.
Attendants seemed like they were being forced to work, very rude.
I don't recommend it.

Unfortunately, there was a delay of more than 40 minutes for a very simple request
I didn't like the service, not even the pizza

Please note, if you order and pay for a pizza with your ticket for the museum, make sure you have a table and pick it up before 3pm. Otherwise you have paid for nothing, no money will be refunded. They make no exceptions. This is not explicitly stated when purchasing the ticket, so be warned.

Very low quality, tasteless pizza at National Museum . I wonder who hired the cooks that work here and where they learned to cook pizza!!!! If you attamp to cook a pizza from a youtube video by just watching one video only, I am sure your pizza would be much better than this one which I ?ve just had here.

Service was fast, but they don't cut the pizza, which is ridiculous. You have to saw through it with a butter knife at your table, pulling the ingredients half off. Crust is tasty, sauce seems like they just paint the top of crust with tomato paste. It's not sauce. No flavor to that. Dishes are water spotted and/or dirty.

The worst pizza I've ever had. The staff is nice though.

Update your online menu pricing! 3 pound extra per pizza when you arrive, very deceptive

Quiet place to eat in the British Museum. Awful service including negligent food preparation. The basics are there, generally quality ingredients, but it is apparent the workers do not care. I ordered the Funghi and the Feta salad. The pizza did not have portobello mushrooms, not even baby portobello they substituted button mushrooms with no comment, nor did they include the truffle oil or pecorino. The crumbled feta salad was missing the feta and the almonds completely, as you can see in the photo. The hostess was rushed and dismissive. The servers were constantly being called to tables around me for incorrect orders or for missing orders completely. I watched a little girl cry because her order wasn?t correct (her parents fixed it but still?) overall not a good experience. The pizzeria is quieter than the main cafe, which might be the only positive.

Very disorganized experience. When you do something wrong unknowingly like try to order without a table number the cashier snaps at you and says, ?don?t tell me that table over there because I?ll have no idea. And the hostess should have told you.? Feels like an appropriate response would be I?m sorry, if you don?t mind grabbing the table number?
Also fyi it?s mostly self-serve. If you want water grab it from the counters at entry.

The pizzas were very good! Took some time to get them, but it was also very crowded that day. The staff did their job.
