Excellent position. Spacious rooms. Clean and service from the staff always available and polite. Gym a little small but well maintained and well-kept common areas. Simple in its attention to every detail. Staff very attentive to guests.

As a Platinum Elite member my wife was denied ALL benefits of the Bonvoy program because I was not present. She had to travel alone because I had to cancel my trip at the last minute. Was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Park Tower Knightsbridge. Aside from Alexandra at the restaurant that offered breakfast, the rest of the staff I dealt with were not helpful at all.
