Some Flagship store this is, They don't even stock sliders, Yet they advertise loads on there website. And when I enquired instore I was offered what can only resemble a pair of slippers.North face gone south maybe ?

Vriendelijk personeel, ruime keuze. Ik had een paar handschoenen nodig en heb deze gevonden. Naar het overige assortiment heb ik niet diepgaand gekeken gezien ik er niet naar op zoek was, maar ook hier was er een breed assortiment voor actieve/outdoor kledij.

I went to this shop to ask for exchange due to seam failure on my jacket. I had bought the jacket in Upper Regent Street branch which is now temporarily closed due to renovation.I was redirected to a member of staff called Helen. I told her my concern that it has been less than a year and the jacket developed seam failure in the areas which should be least affected during everyday wear.You'd expect the company like North Face to provide a decent customer service, but you to decide whether there is even a hint of decency in their customer service.Basically, if your only warm jacket is North Face and it has a fault, you have to give up your jacket for 6 weeks, because store manager is not authorised to assess and make a decision about exchange or refund.So, really, what they are saying is that you have to buy another jacket for half of the winter period while you wait for North Face to make obvious decision they could make on the spot, 6 weeks later.If this is sounds like a customer service let alone good customer service I hope you enjoy it.As for me, the brand image has been ruined here and now. Definitely never again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS THEY DON?T DO RETURNSI bought a pair of gloves whilst visiting London and they were faulty. The only way I could return them was to visit the store in Covent Garden, not easy if you live 200 miles away. Awful service for a premium store. I would avoid buying anything from this store and simply buy it online due to their shocking returns policy. The gloves were also £15 cheaper online!!

Really poor service. The workers are incredibly rude and take forever to help you especially the gentleman who was manning the front of the store. They all have bad attitudes.

I wanted to buy 2 bags for the Black Friday deal, but I was in a rush going work, the guy said me no worries you have time till 28.I?ve been there on 28 and the deal was finished..I?m not understanding the strategy, but it wasn?t nice.I haven?t bought them anymore

Like the new layout of the shop and the floor staff are supper helpful and friendly, however, the cashier worked from a script, I.e was a bit cold.
