The people there are quite welcoming and polite, I am a volunteering student at the shop. The manager especially Mrs 'T' she's really accommodating and nice to the customers.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The manager ?T? was so rude and full of attitude, talking over me and treating regular customers with such descent and a lack of respect. This is now the second time said staff member has acted in this manner. Makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience. This type of staff member should be confined to the back room if they have no interpersonal customer skills and this time I will be looking at informing the relevant management to have words.

Under new management and the shop is looking great, the staff and volunteers are friendly and helpful. I always manage to find something different every time I visit and for a reasonable price....well worth a visit.

I was totally disgusted by the key holder for the shop today ,turned up about 9.15am as it states on website opens 9.30am as I was parked outside saw a blonde lady opening the door she went inside a few moments later came out ,I asked if I can leave my 2 bags inside the shop as I was giving them 2 bags of brand new goods,she said she was in a rush and had no volunteers, so she said do it quickly,I went to the back of the shop to put the bags down and thought were has she gone next minute locking me in the shop I ran to the door and said I'm still in here,she turned round and said I was in the post office,well if you are in charge of a shop least check before locking up again,totally rude have gave plenty to this shop but never again

Very impolite staff. In fact the only one which is impolite the lady which is the manager there(black lady).She s very disrespectful and very arrogant. She's acting like not want to be there. Me and my friends never come back there for shopping.
