Ivy Restaurant has a stylish atmosphere and tasty food, but what made the experience stand out was the excellent service from Ismail. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal.

Beautiful restaurant, seemed short staffed as we were seated at least 20 minutes before we were asked if we would like a drink. The staff seemed very busy and not really focused on our table at all. Food was fine. Visually the restaurant is stunning.

Food was good. Chose the set lunch. The salmon cake was excellent. I received the wrong main dish but ate what I received. Atmosphere is standard Ivy group. Pastels, flowers, etc. Attitude of the restaurant manager responsible for table seating, was awful. Arrogant. Snarky. Said negative comments which he thought I didn't hear.

The Vegetarian main courses are limited - salad (2 variants), curry or plant burger. No imagination with the menu. The plant burger wasn't available , only allowing me to choose from salad(s) or curry. I opted for the curry - it tasted like a shop bought sauce was used. The restaurant and facilities are lovely - it's a shame I can't say the same about my meal. My friends said their meals were ok but hoped for better. It was a shame as this was a celebration lunch.

We went for a Champagne Lunch For Two and we had a wonderful meal. The food was amazing, notably the Crab and Avocado Tain and the Cheesecake for desert. Tanvir?s service was exceptional and gave great recommendations for each course. We will definitely be coming back!

The Ivy Victoria, just steps from the station, has all the charm you?d expect from the Ivy group?stylish interiors and a buzzing atmosphere. Signature dishes like the rich white onion soup with truffle mascarpone, the indulgent shepherd?s pie with slow-braised lamb and Cheddar mash, and the lemon sole or lobster linguine are standouts, while desserts such as the malted banana ice cream with brownie hit the spot.
