In a lovely summer day in August we went to Ivy at Wimbledon Village. We have been welcomed by nice lady and then forwarded to great waiter called James. James however young person but incredibly experienced and helpful regarding recommendations and explanations of the food. Very smiley and friendly with great manners. We have been served promptly and left very happy with delicious food in out stomach. I would describe service as 5/5 and definitely will be back! Wo would love to be served by James again!

Came here to celebrate a very special occasion, the atmosphere was lovely and the front of house were very welcoming. Food was great. However, service was very slow. It took like 20 mins for our orders to be taken, we weren?t even offered any water up when we were sat. The staff didn?t even ask if we wanted a refill and when I did ask, they forgot and I had to ask twice. The place wasn?t even busy so I am wondering why there was a lack of attentiveness.
It?s a shame as I?ve been here before and I really enjoyed it. It put a bit of a dampener on our special occasion.

Had such a lovely experience at The Ivy! Amy at reception really made the evening get off to a good start. She was so welcoming, and straight away made us feel looked after. It?s always the little touches that make a difference, and Amy definitely went above and beyond. Thanks to her, the whole night felt even more special.

Upon arrival, Amy was absolutely wonderful in welcoming my party and I at the door, seating us promptly - perfect first impression setting the tone for the rest of the evening. The service throughout was smooth and the food was delicious as always. All round a lovely experience, will be returning again soon. ?

Had an amazing experience here! Amy, the hostess, was amazing ? super friendly, welcoming, and had great energy. She got us seated quickly and made us feel right at home from the start. Honestly, she set the tone for the whole night. Big shoutout to Amy for making it such a great visit

A kind gentleman name Griff served my wife and I at a luncheon earlier this week. Truly upheld the reputation of the Ivy with his considerate and attentive service.

Date night on Monday. Griff recommended and made us the most amazing cocktails - truly a skilled mixologist. Puts on a good show too. 10/10 experience highly recommend!

We had a lovely dinner at the Ivy. The food was delicious but it was the service that's stood out for us. Sabeel seemed to manage the entire top floor of eight tables but did it perfectly. He is a really lovely chap and very nice to talk to; it is the nicest service I've had in a restaurant this side of the Mississippi!

Our food was delicious, everything arrived in a timely manner and the drinks from the bar tender Griff were amazing. A visit to the Ivy is money and time well spent.

Usually I love this place, but I made the mistake of going there for breakfast?.
I am sorry, Ivy management, but £17 for a very average full-English is a joke. I?d still be upset if it was £10 to be honest.
1 rasher of bacon. 2 tiny sausages. Awful tasting baked beans. Very average (no flavour) black pudding, and the tiniest of hash browns?
Coffee was fantastic! Service as per usual - excellent!
I guess if you want good bread you should go to a baker. The next time I am need of breakfast with friends I?ll go somewhere that specialises in breakfasts - maybe an old greasy transport cafe - because I?d get what I?d paid for.

We ate last evening for my partners birthday and what a great experience The service by all the waiters involved was first class and unobtrusive I loved the difference of the menu compared to other eateries, there were dishes with culinary imagination like the crispy duck salad and grilled sea bream with olives, tomatoes and almonds, alongside the more traditional steak that my partner had.
He was even treated to an extra pudding with a candle in it to help celebrate his birthday. The decor and feel of the The Ivy makes it a stand out resturant to visit and last night we were accompanied whilst eating by the lovely voice of a female live singer, the only downside was that it became so noisy when a table of four arrived who were so loud that it intruded into our evening with their strident voices, drowning out the atomisphere which we could not really blame the restaurant for but nearly made us leave before having our pudding. My partner loved both of his puddings especially the white chocolate cheesecake with mango For me my mistake was that I went for a chocolate bomb which was just too rich and sweet for my palette but would be a chocolateholics dream !
The only other niggle was the so called discretionary service charge which comes added to the bill at 12.5% it is very steep and really I feel as a customer it is hard to say take it off we will give you another amount but all in all well done The Ivy we will be back to eat again.
