I'm absolutely shocked by the order Ireceived this morning I ordered a cupcake for my friend's birthday, and what I got was completely unacceptable -the cupcake was smashed upside down and had a hair on it. The cupcakes were quite nice, but my partner and i found three hairs on one cupcake alone.
