Great shop with lots of good organic stuff. But staff are always cold and unfriendly, and some are down right rude.There is a black african guy who did not say a word when I was paying. He was paying more attention to watching the football on his phone. He rudely and slowly scanned the items, while make no communication or acknowledgement, even when prompted

Inappropriate behaviour.I left this place with a feeling of being abused, then checked the reviews and saw that many women complaining about the french cashier who was rude and flirted with them.I?m glad other women shared their experience, so i decided to leave a bad review too.Good quality of groceries, but sadly it?s inappropriate behaviour for me and I won?t come back there again.

Superb! A far better option than Wholefoods in Stoke Newington (with its gentrified bias, security who follow blakc customers around the store as if they are not welcome and middle class metropolitan snob staff). The Grocery is far more down to earth, better pricing and friendly and helpful staff. Ditch Wholefoods Stoke Newington and come here instead!
