You can improve by training staff properly, getting your management team to dress like a management team and not walk around the pub in sliders like they are n their own house, have sone respect for your clientele and also make sure you have food and drinks in that are on the menu or train staff accordingly to let clients know what is missing. Even after asking what else was missing we was told everything was on the menu for the mains, and then when we asked for dishes was told they were not fully on there, even though we had checked previously. Complete and utter farce and not even an apology from the manager, in fact did not even come over at all, even though every single thing was that bad. Not even a suggestion of a discount for drinks for the way we were treated. Wouldn?t mind but we was the only people in the restaurant. I go to the fox in Coulsdon and far better service

Came here for our wedding anniversary as have been here before. Food was amazing, service was friendly and timely despite the waitress Michelle looking after the entire floor on a busy night.Would recommend this place to anyone.Only gripe is that they don?t give Blue Light Card discount anymore but we registered on the company app and received a 20% discount anyway.Very happy

Excellent Sunday Roast from a pub! Everything cooked well and the service was impeccable. Not the cheapest meal I?ve ever eaten, but personally thought it was well worth it. Will definitely return in the future on a Sunday!

We had roast lamb rump and roast sirloin.Both were cooked perfectly with a nice selection of vegetables.Starters were also very good, we shared calamari with aioli dip and sticky chicken with a chilli dip.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces.
