The Floor Shop are incredible! Had the most quality work & professional service by Lef! I went for a concrete effect laminate floor, which is seamless with a great quality underlay. George was fantastic in the head office at organising - highly recommended!

I am really happy to have The Floor Shop to supply all of the engineering wood flooring and laminate flooring for our new house.Not only the flooring, but also the underlayBoth George and Tas are professional and knowledgeable. From the very beginning, they provide us so many precious advice on what kinds of the wood flooring to be used in different areas of our new house based on our preference.Not only the flooring, but also the underlays (underfloor-heating specific and the acoustic silver rolls) are all with high quality.Both George and Tas answer our inquires in a prompt manner whenever we are in need, and to give us comments on how to do a proper installation to get the most ideal results and layout.We feel truly satisfied with The Floor Shop in every aspect and we highly recommend it to others who are interested to renew their floorings.

Just had our carpet replaced with Quick Step laminate floor and we are incredibly happy. We were really pleased with the Floor Shop company from the start, their speedy responses to the quote requests and all our queries to the quick installation in just two days that we thought would take at least a week before we contacted The Floor Shop. We still have more carpets to replace in our home, so we will definitely come back to them when we need to.

These guys are brilliant! Highly recommend. They do a fantastic job of the laying, they work in a very tidy fashion and they clear up after themselves and go the extra mile with helping you. Not to mention the fact they bring a smile to the day with their energy. Would only use these guys for flooring again.

From start to finish, we had a brilliant experience with The Floor Shop. When we went into the shop, Tas provided excellent advice which enabled us to select beautiful flooring for our home. Before the installation had taken place, George was in regular contact and gave us great guidance so that the installation went really well. Throughout the installation process, the installation team were amazing! Professional, warm, caring and helpful. They demonstrated care and attention. I am over the moon with my new floor. The Floor Shop is the place to go if you are looking for a professional first class service. Theo and Angelo are masters at fitting the LVT flooring. I cannot recommend this company enough. Their knowledge and experience of installing LVT flooring is second to none. I am so pleased I chose the Floor Shop to fit my floor.

We had a lovely experience using the Floor Shop and will definitely use them again. Wonderful customer experience from start to finish and Theo and Lef fitted a beautiful floor for us! I called with questions and to change our fitting date quite a few times and everyone was helpful and really knowledgeable. Most importantly, the experience of getting the floor installed was just great and we're so happy with the results.

The experience with this floor shop and installers was probably one of the most positive we've ever had in 3 years in London.We went for a waterproof laminate floor (Quick Step IM3106). George helped us in the shop and gave a quick estimation for materials and work. He also gave us his email, so we could arrange his visit. It was very helpful, because he did the final measurements, answered our questions and also brought some samples, so we could make a final choice after seeing how the floor will look with our lightning.The installers (Lef and Angelo) came the next week at an agreed time and were very polite and professional. They removed our old floor, installed the new one, cleaned everything and even moved the furniture back to its places.We are very happy with the result and haven't found any issues so far. Can definitely recommend this company!

Everyone at the company was a complete pleasure to deal with from start to finish and the work was carried out to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble. We have no hesitation at all in recommending them and will definitely choose them again.

The service I have received from The Floor Shop has been great from start to finish. I was the one who had to put back the date for our flooring to be fitted because of decorating setbacks and they were nothing more than courteous each time. Also, the gentlemen who came to install the flooring were very friendly and did a great job. I will definitely use this company again and would recommended them.

I am very happy to have gone with The Floor Shop. George was knowledgeable and advised along the way. On the day of installation, the two fitters were incredibly professional and hardworking. They left the place spotless and everything was done to the highest standard. I would definitely work with them in the future again and highly recommend them.
