I am a professional man in my 60s. I noticed my sight deteriorating after a long period of stability and thought I should get properly tested rather than just go to one of the chains. I researched and liked their web site with its emphasis on testing technology. I arranged an appointment and was delighted with the professional service. They did identify that I had developed cataracts, which was news to me but essential to know. The outcome is I will have a minor op but NOT spend a fortune with them on high spec glasses. The testing did cost of course, but they are clearly professional and trustworthy experts doing their best for their patients. And their phone number is cool ;-)

The service at Eye Zone is always absolutely first class - the staff are friendly and efficient, the examination rooms are well-equipped and clean and the shop is a really professional and pleasant space. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend.

Rupa and Amit provide a fantastic service. When I developed an eye problem just over 18 months ago Rupa undertook a detailed eye assessment and was able to reassure me. She contacted me after the appointment to make sure I was ok. I saw her again today and she again did a detailed examination and was able to compare my results and explain them to me.When I changed my glasses previously, Amit was very patient while I chose which frame I wanted and explained the different types of lenses.I do not ordinarily recommend companies but with Eyezone I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Excellent service! It is very rare to come across such professionals with good interpersonal skills. After going around in 3 different optical shops looking for a comfortable pair of frames I was feeling hopeless. The eye zone provided us with a personalised service. They have an extensive range of frames! They are very friendly and made us feel comfortable in the shop. The price is a little bit on the high side as the products are branded and of very good quality. I wear glasses constantly so for me it is well worth investing in a good pair of glasses to have optimal vision. When I collected my new glasses, they were so comfy I kept them on and ditched my old one.

If you are looking for more personal service from an optician, try the Eye Zone. In my experience, Amit, Rupa and their staff really care for their patients and their eyes. They offer the standard eye tests, but also have specialist scanning equipment. When I visited recently after noticing a new floater in my eye, this scanner was used to detect a small retinal tear that would not have been visible using conventional methods. I was referred to the Western Eye Hospital and received laser treatment the next day. I have never posted a review before, but I am conscious that small independent businesses depend on word of mouth to thrive, and I think the Eye Zone deserves support.

Excellent service (especially as I had a problem with an eye and wanted more than just the standard vison check). Probably more expensive than the usual high street options, but, for me, well worth it.

Wow great service after having lots of trouble from another options I found the eye zone and I'm so glad I did such a lovely couple who take time to listen and help. Found me the correct glasses and strength after having so much trouble from elsewhere which made me ill for months and within days off having new glasses felt so much better thank you so much .highly recommend

The most brilliant opticians! Family business run by people who care. I have my toddler's Tomato glasses sorted by them and these were the only professionals to do proper measurements, as well as being absolutely fantastic with kids.You know you get the latest in equipment and design with The Eye Zone, and the customer service is as good as it gets. They're quick and keep you up to date with the progress of your orders. Being incredibly warm, kind, reassuring, just most lovely human beings all along. Unbeatable value too - and I do shop around! I like my businesses local, but we travel from Fulham for them. If you found them, stick to them!!!

Brilliant experience, had my test elsewhere (DVLA specified opticians) and after purchasing glasses from the Eye Zone and feeling they were a bit too strong, they performed two extensive eye tests and replaced a lens free of charge, even though there wasn?t a fault of their own since they followed the first opticians? prescription. Gave me good advice about my eyes and vision. Highly recommended!

I've been a customer for several years and was very pleased with my last visit. I called the opticians because I had lost my glasses and they booked me in on the same day. They helped me choose a new pair well adapted to my needs and I got it in no time! Very friendly and helpful!

I cannot thank Amit and Rupa enough for the excellent service they provided. I hadn?t had my eyes tested for years and had never bought prescription glasses. Rupa carried out the eye test which was really thorough and she very patiently answered all my questions. Then it was over to Amit to help me choose frames and lenses. This took a bit of time and several visits as it was all very new to me. Again, Amit was incredibly patient and nothing seemed too much trouble to get everything right. I wholeheartedly recommend the Eye Zone and Rupa and Amit ? I shall definitely be returning to them for my next opticians visit. And I won?t be leaving it so long next time ?
