A really nice shop and the male shop assistant is really friendly. He helped me successfully fix the bent frames of two pairs of glasses, for free! I will definitely revisit this shop in the future if I want to buy a new pair of glasses ?.

Not as proficient as one may expect. Had an initial contact lens test and reading specs made by them. The contact lens test took far longer than necessary as the optometrist for some reason could not get my prescription right. Also the reading specs were expensive and poor in vision quality. One particular male member of staff was very rude when i came back to refund the specs (around £420). Other members of staff (Kelsey especially) were generally very polite and helpful. In the end I refunded everything due to my overall poor customer experience and poor spec quality. I will not be returning there again. Way too expensive for what they offer and shody customer experience.

I was recommended to Specs Kensington by a friend, I had 4 pairs of sunglasses that had loose screws and other defects. I went in to store today, and the lady that helped me (wish I got her name now) was so professional and nice, she told me about the risks before hand, and made sure I had all the information before proceeding, when my husband picked the glasses up he was so happy with the results, and also shocked that she had fixed them free of charge. I?m going to recommend them at any chance I get, they are honestly the best in Kensington.

What a great experience - I went there to get an eye examination as I was worried about some odd visual issues I?ve been experiencing. The optometrist Olivia was fantastic - she showed a great deal of care, patience and diligence. She listened to my concerns carefully, answered all my questions and checked my eye sight, thoroughly explaining the issues in great detail. I never felt rushed or dismissed like I would expect from the high street chains. I?m extremely pleased I chose this establishment and I?ll definitely be coming back for regular check ups. Perfect example of customer care and service. Thank you.

Very professional and kind hearted lady swapped lenses from my broken frame glasses to a new pair. All of this shockingly done for free! Good customer focussed businesses do exist in these times and this place is a testimony to that sentiment.
