Listed by GQ Magazine and The Independent as serving amongst the 10 best pints of Guinness in London. The Cock Tavern is a working class, left-leaning Irish boozer run by the formidable landlady Sheila Gavigan and her bar manager Robert. You'll often find people from the nearby offices of the RMT Union. The Underground Celtic Supporters Club operates from the back bar which shows all Celtic matches. Pool, darts and jukebox in the back, a roaring fire in the front. Something for everyone.
