I arrived around 8.45am just after it opened to get a key replaced / copied. The whole process took about 2 minutes and the new key works perfectly. Cost was 5.25 pounds. Highly recommended for key cutting services.

Wouldn?t use; wanted to charge a ridiculous amount to change a watch strap. Timpson?s did it for free.

My experience was with the Clockwork Key Company. The guy was extremely unprofessional, impolite and sarcastic. I have never experienced a situation like that. I asked him how much he qould charge to change my watch battery. After he analysed he said 30 pounds. I refused and I said, i changed before but in other area in London for 10 pounds, he laughed and said have a nice day shouting at me. Well, I left there and I went to central London and i changed for 12 pounds. It?s really because I m a calm person, otherwise i would punch his face. You can?t treat a customer in this way. I really hope many people report this horrible customer service and he doesn?t have any job!

Very unprofessional and lazy staff. They close at 5.30, they have a sign outside saying last admission at 5.25PM, I was there at 5.25 and the gentleman from the key cutting shop was already walking out then. The lady working at the post office couldn't be more rude. Awful experience

DO NOT USE FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS!The man working here was extremely unprofessional and rude to me and my baby when we arrived for her infant passport photo. While I fully support independent local businesses, save yourself the self-respect and go to Snappy Snaps instead.

I used this place to get my passport photo. The Gentleman was really unprofessional. I was told that my ears have to be visible on my photo. I was not happy about it and never found any information about visible ears at government webside. My photo had a terrible quality and I was really unhappy about it. Decided to download app and do my photo home. Waste of 10£...Never going there again!

I used clockwork key company to take my passport photo in the post office. While the gentleman taking the photo was very polite and nice (no complaints about his service). The quality of the photo was appalling. The photo is taken on a stool where you have a florescent strip light down one-side of your face and in the general poor lighting of the store, meaning everyone will come out looking 10 years older and jaundiced.Not only that, but you only receive one option, and I was made to tuck my hair behind my ears, which while not a good look on anyone, is also not a requirement for a UK passport photo as far as I can find on the Gov website. If you are going to continue to charge people almost £10 to leave the post office and cry about how ugly they are, the least you can do is buy a ring light off Amazon.

I had a very old comfy pair of boots and wasn't sure if they could be repaired. Took them in to Steve, very friendly and efficient. On returning to collect, boots look like new. Thank you very much. Would highly recommend- Susan White
