The Children's Society, South Woodford Is Such A Wonderful Place With Courteous People Both Staffs And Managers Are Very Friendly And Always Helpful. The Store Manager Is Such A Great Guy, I Will Recommend The Store To Anyone, Any Day.Keep Up The Good ? Work.

Regular customer in this shop. Always receive a friendly welcome and staff often go above and beyond to accommodate me. Think this is down to the great Manager who leads by example.

This charity has such wonderful clothes and jewellery. Since the other boutiques closed this place is haven.The staff are always helpful and jolly. It's a pleasure going in.

Stuart who pretends to be the store manager was disgusting. Horrible place to be in. He doesn?t have anything to do with customer service. Terrible experience that I will report it further. They were selling some toys in a plastic box that was damaged and therefore presenting an Hazard for a child. I have asked the shop assistant to change the box and The Store Manager Stuart in front of me and other customers told to the shop assistant very rudely:? Oh for Christ sake! Put it in a bag and that?s it!? Then I told that it is not fair to pay for it same price and he was keep shouting that this is a charity shop and to buy it as it is in bag or not.Very unprofessional and rude person!Charity or non charity it is still a shop where customers have rights. Terrible person that will be reported soon.

Really unfriendly place for children. Took mine to choose some stocking fillers and the staff were rude and the lady was really panicking when my kids were touching anything.

Arrived at 4.45pm on a Saturday and found the door locked with a member of staff inside who wouldn't open the door. It is not supposed to close until 5pm!
