Nice little shop they have here and also for a good cause.Have been in here a few times and you can grab some lovely stuff, I mainly got books and a few lovely little outfits for my son when he was smaller at the time. We have also donated loads of things in terms of clothes, shoes, bags and so on when we have a clear out and they are always happy to take them.

Can you take the time to sort out the incorrect hours of business that you have listed on london shops? Not one of these actually open at 10am Sundays. We called all of them.Would prevent members of the public turning up with bags of washed and cleaned second hand clothes for your organisation only to find these premises empty of staff.Also waited until 11am, which is the time you display on these store windows as opening on sundays - we went and checked more than one after this - and no-one had bothered to turn up then either.Clothes went to a different charity that did actually open at 11am.If you are going to play the 'volunteer' card then either (a) find volunteers who are willing to not waste the public's time or (b) pay someone to do it and turn up at the time that you claim you are going to turn up. 110% not difficult

The new managers made it a nicer place now. They are friendly and approachable (like their new lower prices).The lady called Silvya has been super-kind with us every time we found her in the shop! Try it!
