I was served by two pleasant young women named Lucia and Shihida whom were both informative, helpful and also recommended new products and gave me some samples. It was a pleasure to had experienced an uplifting customer service.Keep up the great work????

Rude customer service, unwilling to listen and talks over the top of you. Very off-putting and unpleasant experience. Shame as it’s a lovely brand.
