Awful, rude customer service. I ordered 3 bikes for Christmas. Paid in full at checkout, including delivery. I live in London and so expected for the bikes to delivered fully built and ready to go.The following day I received a phone call from a member of the team informing me to expect delivery in four days. Fine.But I was also told they had undercharged me for delivery 'but you only owe us £20'. Plus the bikes will arrive via DHL i.e. will need to built. Apparently I live in the wrong part of London!I explained that it wasn't my fault 'the system' made a miscalculation on the delivery and I also expected the bikes to be ready to go, as per website description. I'm a widowed, single parent and haven't the time to build the bikes without my children noticing. I highlighted the fact the phone call was to charge me more money and give me more to do. The guy on the phone basically said tough and said I was welcome to cancel the order. He was totally unwilling to help in anyway and his tone got progressively more rude as the call continued. I cancelled the order out of principle. The service I had paid for in full was not the service I should have expected, apparently.I was so upset I tried to call back to speak to someone more senior but apparently the phone only works two days a week.

Can?t recommend these guys enough! Friendly and helpful, do a great refurb job and all for a good cause too. I went in on Friday to buy a road bike, got plenty of advice and took a few for test rides. Came away with something in my budget, with great components and frame for the price because of cosmetic damage. They tuned it up and tweaked a niggling buzz I noticed on test ride before I took it home. They do a full range of bikes - kids, sit up and beg, hybrid, mountain, road.

We had an old bike that was just sitting in the shed, I didn?t want to take it to the dump as there was still life left in it. These guys were responsive and were able to take the bike. I hope that someone who really is on hard times can benefit from this lovely service.

Great service and friendly staff. After doing a tour of 3 other bike shops who weren't able to service on the day the bike project was able to fix my wheel within the hour. Will definitely use them again.

Purchased the bike on the 6th Aug 23. It arrived on 11 Aug 23, I recieved it and damage on frame not shown in the listing and I was expecting a better quality of bike for the price.I looked at the website and it instructed me that in order to return the bike I would have to either email or call them. I have tried to call the shop 4 times now with no response as well as texting the phone number with no response.I have also not recieved a response from my email about the return. I sent the email 2 working days ago now with no response.18 Aug 23 - they are now in touch to offer a refund..

These guys are great. Knowledgable and well informed, good variety of stock and kit. So far have bought 2 bikes - both lovely - sadly had to return one as it just wasn't quite the right set up for me - quick check and money refunded straight away as promised within the 2 week time frame. One bike serviced and lots of helpful advice and time give. Great job, highly recommended shop and team

Excellent service at great prices and for a good cause, with a knowledgeable team who are super helpful and friendly. They?ve helped me donate a bike, fix a bike and free a bike from a broken lock. Really recommend!!

I was really impressed with them. Got a valuation on site for a breaks service with a clear breakdown of the costs. Then a few hours later I received a text to say it was already ready for collection. Super slick, fast and professional place. Will for sure use them moving forward.
