The staff at The Bank of East Asia are so incompetent. There is a severe lack of communication amongst the staffs, so a simple request that should take a couple of hours will take them over a week if you are lucky! The staff at the counters have bad attitude and are just so miserable. Come on now, it doesn?t hurt to be polite!
