I stayed at this hotel with my partner for my birthday. Unfortunately, I accidentally left one of my shopping bags in the room after checkout. We rang the hotel as soon as we realised and were told to email the conscierge, who contacted us the following day to say that the cleaner didn't report finding anything in our room which is odd since I know exactly where in the room I left the bag. This unfortunately has put a dampener on my experience of the hotel and I won't be returning.

Enjoyed the stay. Perfect location near tube line and grocery store. Felt safe. Lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby.

Sensational experience! Excellent neighborhood, with the metro (Gloucester Road) in front of the hotel. Several cafes, restaurants and ?convenience? nearby. With ctz this is a place we would stay again!

I enjoyed my stay and felt it was priced appropriately! Convenient walking and right beside a tube station makes it easy to transfer as needed! The decor is lovely too and room was comfy! Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful!

We stayed in this hotel for a week and had a great time both for the room, for the cleanliness and for the excellent location very close to the Gloucester road tube station. We thank all the staff and expecially Angelica and Abdul who have always been very kind. We Will definitely return to this hotel.

Great hotel friendly staff. Lovely buffet breakfast. In great location for Victoria and Albert and Natural History museum. Will definitely be back.

We have been robbed in this hotel by their staff. when we asked for our check in/out times during our stay, they provided wrong information. To keep it short , the manipulated the time we entered the hotel . Their system recorded 18:05 when I was there 17:10. The thief tweaked the card system to say that I entered the room that time but it was actually the time he entered my room.No comments about the room and service , not a 4 star hotel for sure

Beautiful hotel and I actually cant believe I managed to stay in it for the price! The room was lovely, the staff couldn't be more helpful and the restaurant food was impressive. I will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff.
