Been back to this opticians on many occasions and they never seem to fail me. Brought loads of old glasses to reglaze as lenses are of amazing quality. Such friendly people and good service. Thank you guys

I give 3 stars only because of the girl from reception, the doctor was very nice, she was very friendly and helpful but when I came outside to choose my glasses the girl there she is not friendly, she should learn more how to speak with customers and try to help them to find glasses what suits them and not what she wants to give to them, I really wanted a pair of glasses but she insisted in a bit rude way that I can't get those glasses and I have to choose another one because of the measurements or idk exactly what she meant, but when I choose the ones from the designer she didn't say anything again about any measures and any other reason, so the point is I couldn't get the ones for free what I really liked but when I paid £130 there was no problem anymore and I could get them so I really don't understand that, also the way how she looks at the customer is not ok, she's the kind of person who treat people by "the cover" which is not ok at all, i was very disappointed with the service and more because my sister 1 month ago she get her glasses from there too and the boy who was there before was really nice and helpful and had a very good customer skills, this new girl she should learn from her colleagues more and be more nice with customers and try to not "judge a book by it's cover", it's the biggest mistake ever.

Worst service I've ever experienced in my entire life!! The one star is just for the free eye test they gave. We went in just before Christmas and the manager was extremely nice to start. As soon as he could see that we didn't want to spend much money the level of customer service just disappeared. Due to one reason or another there has been delays and It's now been over 2mths and my mum still hasn't received her glasses. I completely understand that these things happen however the communication has been abismal. I went in last Saturday and they promised me that the glasses would arrive by Tuesday and they would call me to let me know. By the following Saturday I still hadn't received any text or call from them so I went in store only to be told that the glasses did arrive however they were smashed again for the 3rd time. No one in store thought to call us to let us know especially as they knew how long we have been waiting. The gentleman who served me was so blaise about it all not even sounding the slightest bit remorseful. Just told me to call in during the week to speak to a manager. Disgusting customer service and we will not be using them again or referring any of our friends and family here.

Great services. I've had an eyes check today, and I can tell you that the services are amazing! They are all kind, helpful, polite and very nice. They helped me to choose the frames with patience, the prices, everything. The ophthalmologist also such a kind, helpful and understanding person. Thank you all for your help today.

I visited this store 30/12/23 due to a broken blood vessel in my eye. I was told I will need to check in and come back 40 mins later at 10:20. I returned at at 10:15 and waited and waited some more. At 10:40 I was then told that they were unable to see anyone due to a malfunction in one of thier machines.I then called them on the 03/01/24 to see if they had sorted the issue they had and if I could book an appointment. I was told that I would not need to book an appointment and that I could just walk in at any point the following day. I went back to the store the next day and was told that they still had the same issue from 30/12/23 and they were still unable to see anyone . The lack of communication and false information has resulted in me visiting this branch twice when I shouldve been told they were unable to see anyone and has cost me precious time when I desperately needed my eye checked out. I will not attempt to use service again and I'm not surprised that all the other local MECS opticians have week long waits when they are having to pick up the slack for this place.
