I work near this Tesco, go here nearly every morning before work and sometimes during. Staff are always super friendly and helpful, especially Chetna who goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has what they need! Highly recommend this Tesco if you?re ever in the area.

Terrible customer service. The majority of the cashiers are not helpful at all, quite rude and do not seem to understand the queuing system, they would ignore a customer and serve the one right after. Also there are normally two or three of them and only one is actually working.

I went to ask about returning an Evri parcel. The first time, I was rudely refused without any explanation. It was only when I went back a second time that I finally got a reason. Although I appreciate the security guard for helping clarify things, the issue still wasn't resolved.
