I live next door. Today I walked in to buy tonight's dinner, and the entire fish and meat isles were 'shut' (no fish, no pork, no chicken, no beef). Allegedly because 'the fridge was broken' - never mind that the fifty or so metres of other fridges with a substantial amount of rubbish were fully operational. An unwilling staff member was unable to say when it would reopen. This is not a first. At times the ice cream & chips etc fridges are closed for days on end.
I am sorry, but meat is an essential - and if the fridges are broken, other less necessary stuff should be moved out.

The organization of space in the store leaves much to be desired. Finding the right product turns into a real quest. There are no signposts, and the staff, unfortunately, are not always competent and ready to help.
Secondly, I encountered frankly overpriced goods. Similar goods in other stores are much cheaper. I get the impression that the store is aimed at inattentive buyers who do not compare prices.

I would like to formally complain about the appalling service I received at the Tesco store last Sunday. I was waiting in line to be served and, upon informing the staff that I needed to collect a package from the depot, I was ignored while they attended to all other customers, despite me having already been waiting in the queue.
Furthermore, when I requested to speak to the manager, a staff member named Hami claimed to be the manager. However, when I asked another colleague, I was told that the actual manager was at the back of the store. After searching for him with no success, another staff member informed me that the manager does not work on Sundays.
Such treatment is entirely unacceptable. I trust Tesco will take the necessary steps to ensure that customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

I've been going to this branch for a few years and always queue at the counter where I get a person and not a machine. I've always queued in the same place. Today, someone called Rajan rudely told me I was in the wrong queue, despite me going to where I always had. He told me that people who wanted to pay by cash or who wanted cigarettes had to go to the back of the general queue. He implied I was a liar and seemed to want an argument. This is not customer service. This is deliberately creating a situation with rudeness, hostility and dismissiveness. Horrible experience, I left shaking.

God forbid you only have cash! I was stood in the cash queue for 15 mins. Not even like it was good customer service when I finally got to be served. If you?ve got hours to wait or a card you?ll be fine if not - you have been warned!

Very concurrent location and the self checkout is quick. However they told me today they don't refill the milk in the coffee machine thought the day only in the morning and when "it's finished it's finished" when I've seen them refill it before. Also no cash self check out. Big miss

i go here most days as i work locally and the staff are always rude to me and constantly call me sir? when it?s quite clear i?m a woman. i am covered in tattoos and obviously not 16 yet they won?t allow me to buy an energy drink. bit of a joke to be honest

One star. I seriously do not understand why you don?t fix the freezer for the ice cream? Ben and Jerry?s IS NOT A SOFT SERVE. I?ve never been here where the ice cream isn?t melting out of the tub. Do you really not know or just don?t care. I?ve raised this with staff for the last year and no one seems to understand that ice cream should not be stored at the same temperature as Prosecco.
Edit 050124: update to my review and star rating. The ice cream freezer as of my recent visit appears to be Fixed!! Hurrah! Thank you. Now can you please restock the little red radishes? Merci

Whoever does the restocking in this shop is useless... 3 out of 6 days i go there in the morning they never have disposable forks even though they sell meals that need forks to eat them. And if you're not looking before checkout, you're stuck with a meal and no means to eat it. Not to mention the shelves are almost always empty even at 9 o'clock. You should restock the shelves before opening, not an hour after...

Why is this one never stocked up. I've been in ultra small tescos with way better stock. At the same time you are not stocked up, only one register is working and other than security guys, the staff is usually extra rude. Whomever manages this one should be replaced, this a management issue through and through!

The guy at the cash register acted unprofessional and I am appalled the way he shouted at the customers and simply don?t understand how he got this type of job if he doesn?t know any customers skills. I will never come back here and he should be sacked immediately. Embarrassing
