Awful staff, vague and unclear returns policies (which aren?t known even by those that work there, let alone anywhere to be seen on display in the store), and generally a nightmare. Avoid at all costs!

I have been using this shops for a number of years and cannot give enough praise about the staff. They are always friendly and professional, willing to answer any questions you might have about products you are buying. They are also very accommodating when you are selling something or need to use their buyback option. There have been times when I?ve missed a deadline date on buyback. Rather than just selling my items, they have given me a call and been willing to wait until the weekend or payday (incurring a small penalty late charge). That kind of flexibility is one of many reasons why Tech Exchange (Islington) is far better than any other shop of its kind. Highly recommended.

Gave me a laptop a few months ago, and didn't give me the password, so I can't use half of the apps on the laptop. Refused to give me the password when i'd moved away from the shop because of the pandemic.They've been closed during the lockdown when i've been back in the city, so essentially have sold me a laptop I cannot use, and they won't do anything about it.The worst part is its SO simple to do, they just need to give me the iCloud password so I can log out and log in as myself, not sure why they want to keep their email address synced with my iCloud, its obstructing my work, and it was their responsibility in the first place to have logged out of their iCloud, having failed to do so at the time they've now refused to rectify their mistake.They don't respond to phone, and don't respond to email.
