Staff who know the menu. I adored the bergamot margarita. Tasted like someone had reverse engineered and perfected real lemonade, melding all the flavours seamlessly. Flawless. There was a similarly delicious fig leaf drink on the seasonal menu. My partner's cherry sour tasted like a sophisticated home made cherry liqueur, and the cedarwood old fashioned was balanced and correct, but ultimately not a big enough canvas to play with. I get why this place made the best bar list. Plenty of seats open at 4:30, packed by 5pm.

It?s literally one of my favorite Bars!! Came to see Monica (Norway Represent??) & Alex and just fell in love with the stuff. Service at its best. And the cocktails!! Forget about it ?? Highly recommend my favorite of the seasonal menu, which is the Whey Piña Colada! Again. A must for Cocktail Geeks and

Easily one of the best cocktail bars in London. Large tables allow it to feel more relaxed and the drinks are another level, particularly the £4 "little sips" martini with blue cheese stuff olive. The best £4 you'll ever spend in the city.

Made a little detour before my train home on the recommendation of a friend and was not disappointed.
There is lots I could say about how well crafted the drinks are and how lovely and incredibly knowledgeable the staff are. But I feel you will only truly be able to appreciate how good this bar is if you head down yourself.

A talented bar that is ranked in the World's 50 Best Bars. The staff is very hospitable and this is a bar that I would definitely visit again.

Very smart marketing design of having two sections with different menus. Elementary is the part after you enter the bar, and tayer is the part on the inside to enter which you have to wait in the elementary to get invited by the staff.
Drinks in elementary were great. Many classic cocktails with twists and they are all quite good and reasonably priced. On the contrary, tayer was a bit disappointing as their price goes up to 17 on average but don?t really feel they tasted way greater with the fancier glasses, special ingredients and premium prices. But maybe that?s because elementary already set a high bar?
Have to say the experience is really special, but if a good drink is all you need, then maybe just staying in elementary will do. Unless we were unlucky with ordering in tayer.

Wonderful people! Delicious cocktails and wine! We totally enjoyed ourselves. The bathroom is amazing with needed products available like mints and even deodorant. We had fun ?

We popped in for a cocktail and they were absolutely delicious. The staff were really welcoming and after we mentioned we were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary, they later bought us each a glass of fizz. Would highly recommend!
