Suzana has been great help and guide on my journey.I've been through refurbishment of the flat and I was looking for someone to deliver and fit in carpets for my bedroom in a week time.She's arrived with many samples, listened carefully to what I was saying about materials and style and has provided expert advise on what the best option would be from what's in stock and ready for the imminent delivery.She went an extra mile to ensure carpets are fitted by agreed target date which has eased my stress caused by other companies being behind with their deliverables. ?

Can?t fault the expertise and knowledge of Darren and his team at Tapi Eltham. They?re patient and found me the perfect carpet for my needs after finding out my needs and wants. I found in comparison to other companies in the area, they really listened to what I wanted more. They were also very reasonably priced. They have high quality carpet and vinyl floor and the fitting team are brilliant. So professional and hard working.

I wanted to save some money so visited a lot of carpet shops from Eltham to Bexleyheath. Every other shop gave me reservations and concerns, whether it was bad reviews, over charging or just not good quality. Tapi in Eltham is a breath of fresh air. I was left to my own devices and given space. When I had narrowed down my choices I asked for advice. I bought from Tapi because this team is knowledgeable and people people. They?re brilliant. Also Tapi have great after care. They will come out and do some fixes. Middle ground in terms of price. High end in terms of quality. But I?m over the moon.
