Avoid!
Food was cold, burger buns were wet, lettuce was very smelly. £15.75 for a burger and chips was very expensive especially for the quality of the food. Our food came up cold , the staff were happy to replace it with fresh hot food but the burger buns were still wet and the lettuce smelled , we had to dismantle the second bugger just to eat it. Never again will I visit the T Rex cafe again.

The restaurant is good but the food is awful. I bought my son a burger and it was just 2 buns and a beef patty. And to that it was cold. Tasteless and horrid. 1 star

It has been a pleasure. Quieter than the busy museum and comfortable seating. We had a great stone oven pizza and yummy milkshakes. The staff was really nice. They even asked us for possible allergies.

Salads are a big scam!!! Run away if you don't want to waste your money on an empty stomach.

Better skip this restaurant. We waited for 1 hour for the food. They said 5 minutes more for it to be served and it took 30 more minutes wait. We follow up our order thrice and seems like everyone is acting busy when we were asking for our order. The people beside us ordered after us and already finished their food while ours are still not served. 0 star.

We had a very mixed experience during our visit. The kids? burger was disappointing?dry cheese, poor presentation, and chips that seemed like they had been cooked long before we ordered. The Sprite tasted more like water than soda.
On the plus side, the T-Rex burger from the main menu was much better?well-prepared and tasty. The cheesecake was also delicious, but unfortunately, we had to wait nearly an hour for it.
The staff were friendly, but there seemed to be a lack of care and attention. If I hadn?t asked for help, I don?t think anything would have been addressed. Friendly service means little if it?s not backed up by genuine attentiveness.
Overall, the quality was inconsistent, and service needs improvement.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was poor from the moment we walked in. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. The food was of low quality, lacking flavor and quantity. To make matters worse, the staff were not friendly at all, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was beyond disappointing. The food was absolutely subpar ? bland, poorly prepared, and definitely not worth the price. What made things worse was the atrocious customer service. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and made us feel like we were a burden just for asking basic questions.
Most disturbing of all was the blatant racism I experienced. Discriminatory behavior from staff was undeniable and unacceptable. No guest should be made to feel unwelcome or judged based on their appearance or background.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. There are plenty of hotels that offer good service without the added insult.

Very disappointed. Previous visit a few years ago was great. Now the food is average and expensive. Service abysmal, food nearly chucked down on the table.

We had lunch there, me and my daughter. I took a Watermelon- Feta Salad, it had very, very few Feta and Watermelon and Lots of Green Salad and Onios. It did Not Taste good at all. Worst food in London. And incredible expensive for the Price. I told the personal this, he laughed and went away without listening to me until the end. Dirty was the table too. Zero Stars.
