They have just broken off my rear view camera off the back of my car and then totally denied it, stating that it was like that before they started washing it. Lying out of their teeth!!! Sooo annoyed right now!!! ???

*****AVOID AVOID****Utter garbage!! I thought I'd give them a try, but they are useless. They only had 3 guys working there, so this meant they just don't have enough staff to do a decent job.I had to point out numerous bit of the body work that that had been missed, not only that they don't use any polish inside, when I showed the guy who 'cleans' the inside that the window still had kids hand prints on it, he looked at me like I was asking for something special, I even had to show him that he had to wind the window down to get to the prints off, this should be standard at any decent car wash.Didn't clean the wheels well.They don't use the black gloss on the tyre, the only equipment they have is a jet wash, cloths and a vacuum.not brush, no polish, no magic tree!!Compared to the car wash in Selhurst who have a full team and you car come out gleaming these clown are a joke.And they have a cheek to charge £20 rip off.

I was the only car there when I arrived. And took mini vallet. However the car was not thoroughly vaccumed and jet wash isn't that perfect too. Also a lot disappounted that they dont provide air freshener. It might look cheap but definitely not worth visiting..

Went for option 2 for £25 (asked for cash only) - car was washed with a jet wash, wiped down and vacuumed. Got home and found a few small areas were missed. Would have been better if there was a better seating area instead of having to hover around the wash area. Took about 20 minutes from start to finish but seemed a bit rushed.

Did a great job on my filthy Micra. Only beef is the seat and steering wheel positions were moved, which was a bit annoying.

I had to queue about 15 minutes and it?s complete pot luck how long you could wait in the 2 lanes of cars depending on what people are having done in front of you. They should have just a car wash lane and a wash and valet lane. Also they need to start taking card! The main thing though is how well they cleaned my car, it was filthy and hadn?t been cleaned for months and they got it spotless. Price for a wash is reasonable I thought.

Do not get your car washed here. This car wash ruined my diamond alloys which cost me £800 to get them done. When I confronted them, they didn't understand a word I was saying. Do NOT go to this car wash, I would definitely not recommend this place.

I visit this car wash usually weekly. They are very reasonably priced small car £10 exterior only. They also offer interior too for a little extra.Quickly cleaned and to a good standard.The staff are super friendly also.If in the area and are looking for a hand car wash, this is the place for you.

Sydenham Hand Car Wash proudly advertises that it offers valet service. However when I turned up this morning, requesting a full valet, I was declined. No explanation was given. I can only surmise that they felt they were busy enough this morning. I guess that is their prerogative, as it is mine as a repeat customer to take my business elsewhere.
