amazing place to work however there does tend to feel that there is favoritism goes on here at times. but otherwise staff in the office are understanding and kind. I've been working here for 3 years now. and the way their support staff look after their clients is absolutely amazing and faultless

My experience working at Sweettree Homecare Services was far from satisfactory. There is a scarcity of work, and the compensation is insufficient. During the recruitment process, I was informed that I would be able to work a certain number of hours each week, but at one point, I found myself working for only three hours per week. Additionally, their pay rates fall below the industry standards. While some care coordinators were kind, others were persistent in assigning distant shifts and would become upset or try to guilt-trip you if you refused. I noticed that every staff member I encountered was complaining about the shortage of work. Moreover, they would incessantly call you, even during your holiday or booked time off. There is a lot that Sweettree needs to improve. I would not recommend Sweettree to anyone.

I have worked with Sweettree for about 5 and a half years so far & it has definitely has been a lovely time. It truly does feel like a family. Prior to Sweettree, I had not had any previous experience working in the home care industry & within my time here I had learned so much. I thoroughly enjoy working with my colleagues & and they are a big part of why I choose to remain here.
