The shop was clean and tidy and with some deals on. Discounts varied from 25% minimum of everything, plus a few items with 50% off. The 2 ladies in the shop were very helpful and knew their stuff. How long the deals are on, I don't know, but it is worth a visit.

I thought it was just me that was having trouble getting a problem resolved with this company but it seems I?m not the only one. My order hasn?t been delivered yet money has been taken from me. I have emailed their customer service multiple times weeks ago as well as their wholesale/press and ambassador emails but nothing. The chat doesn?t work and I feel forced to seek legal action. What a waste of my time and also so much stress caused by this. How this company is allowed to operate I don?t know. I?ll be reporting them to trading standards so that others hopefully don?t have to go through similar situations.

Énorme blague!! J achète 1 legging hier a la boutique de Fulham lors d un passage à Londres.... Et la vendeuse a oublié d enlever l antivol! J ai acheté 1 legging, 1 sweat et 1 tee shirt assorti...ça m a coûté un certain prix et j arrive chez moi en France et déception totale vu qu il y a cet antivol et que je ne vais pas pouvoir le mettre!!! Je suis Furieuse!!

Another company with zero customer service . Not replying to emails ,and live chat never works, very disappointed from a so called luxury brand .

If I could give 0 I would.Customer service from head office is a joke.You can?t call anyone!They made me wait over a week for an e mail response!After finding out a coat had been reduced two days after purchasing it.From £200 to £140I politely asked if they could refund the difference, as I was within my refund limit.Or even said they could give me credit to spend in store.The answer was nope.They don?t care and said you can take it back and get a refund and then purchase it again.Nice ????????I replied, that?s ok.Will just get full refund , not only do you lose a customer now , you lose a sale and gain a negative review.Good job Sweating Betty.And in the current economic situation, good luck with that attitude.

Really great clothes, I love the leggings. HOWEVER, terrible customer service. I can't find a phone number for them. I've sent several emails and tried automated chat but my query hasn't been resolved.Go to the store to buy, don't buy online as the after service isn't up to scratch.

Appalling communication, trying to discuss refund but unable to contact Sweaty Betty, Julia Straus (CEO). It appears they are a company interested only in taking your money but provide very poor customer service. You want to buy from a company that you have confidence in ? Sweaty Betty, for me, is not that company.

I love shopping here as they make great quality active wear for yoga and running. The materials are technical and they are very adventurous with colours and patterns. I also always receive great customer service when I'm both online and in the stores. With what the company does they do exceptionally well and can't be faulted.I'm sad that they don't sell cycling or triathlon wear (and I feel like a lot of their swimwear is better suited to holiday lounging around than proper workout swim). I would love it if they looked at the technical fabrics that leading high end cycling brands such as ALÉ, Santini, Castelli and Rapha use for jerseys and bib shorts and produce some in the same adventurous Sweaty Betty colours and patterns. I think this would be a great area for the company to expand to. Unfortunately as much as I love the shorts Sweaty Betty produce for running, they would not be suitable for a long cycle. The same goes for the jerseys as cyclists need things like the back pockets to carry spare inner tubes. Similar principles for Triathlon wear. I would love to go to triathlons kitted out in Sweaty Betty patterns but unfortunately the clothing made just isn't suitable for triathlon. I would love it if they branched out into this field!

The girls here are really helpful - the shop is dog friendly and has good stock.Small changing rooms and only two so you can be left waiting for ages if these are busy.

Fantastic quality of work-out gear, friendly staff who are willing to help. The store is a bit smaller than most other Sweaty Betty stores in SW London. I've been here twice and have had positive experiences both times. Would highly recommend this store!
