Good service. I had a broken zipper on a backpack which was fixed in 2 days. The bag had to be taken to another shop with the right tool for the job, otherwise would probably have been even faster. The quote I was given was the price I paid as well. The repair is solid, and good quality.

If you are ever looking for a locksmith, I would highly recommend Lee at Surrey Quays. He is highly skilled. I lost my internal door lock key and I went to him first thing in the morning. He opened the door for me within a few minutes. I have had a great experience and please do spread the word so that someone else could make an informed decision. He also has the code for the key written on the lock just in case this occurs again! Thank you Lee and your colleagues

I can't recommend them high enough! Without been an emergency service they came and solved the problem in less than 24 hours. They explained the costs clearly upfront (way cheaper than many) The locksmith opened the gate (yay!) but also made sure to fix the system so it didn't get stuck again. All within budget.Hopefully it won't, didn't ask about guarantee, but so far so good.
