Big Store with a lot of collections. The staffs are friendly. However, the way they have arranged the products is poor. It's complicated to find what you want.

It was ok. Lighting should be fixed as it was flickering, i as epileptic didnt feel good. In store only big sizes stored. Had to order online. Store clean,clothing hanged beautifully. Called stafd about 4x before someone attended,they pretend to fold clothing and dont hear customer. No photos to share.

Big store...good bargains during sales. Very centrally located near Bond Street tube station (or Marble Arch tube) and bus stands. Also has 'vintage' (used!) Nike clothes store inside.

very rude staff stationed at the till - shouts at people "we're closed" in a rude way. on my way out I asked the security guy what time the store closes his response was "it's close you're not suppose come in". the store has no opening hours written on on any of the doors.these people seriously needs some basic customer service training. I hope the management will invest this kind of endeavour especially its a Customer service oriented business.

Rude staff, more interested in chatting with each other than helping a customer. Mirrors few and far between. Directional lighting that makes it hard to judge the clothing. I spent £200 only to get home and find a security tag left still attached by the uninterested guy who served me at the till. Now I have to go all the way back just to get it removed. Overall bad experience.
